Delete Account & Data

Kasera (operated by Kasera Technologies) respects your right to delete your personal data. This page applies to the mobile app Kasera – Seamless Bookings and to accounts created on kasera.id. It is publicly accessible and does not require login.

How to Request Account Deletion

Kasera accounts are created on the kasera.id website, so account deletion is also handled by request to our support team.

Send an email to halo@kasera.id with the subject "Delete Account".
Send the email from the address registered on your Kasera account so we can verify the request.
We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed or anonymized from our systems:

Deleted: Name, email address, phone number, and login credentials
Deleted: Account settings and preferences
Deleted: Profile data and device identifiers associated with the account
Anonymized: Transaction history and appointment records are retained in an anonymized form for merchant business reporting and financial integrity. Once anonymized, this data can no longer be linked back to your identity.

What Data Is Kept and Why

Indonesian tax and financial regulations require merchants to retain transaction records for up to 10 years. To comply, we keep anonymized transaction and booking records after your personal identifiers are removed. These records contain no name, email, phone number, or other information that could re-identify you.

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
If you are a merchant owner, please export any business data you need before deleting your account.
Anonymized transaction data cannot be deleted because it is required to preserve the integrity of merchant financial records.
